No one is exempt from changes that occur in all areas of life.However, we do have a choice in how that change will affect us. In this workshop we will explore the positive aspect of change, what we can gain from using change as an opportunity and tips for becoming a Change Champion in your own life. Date & Time: Tues., Feb. 5, 2008 - 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Location: 1400 K Street, Suite A, Modesto     Parent and grandparent classes are available for various needs and ages of children, and include: Parent Project, Junior (Loving Solutions) is a seven-week course for those with children Kindergarten through age 10. Parent Project, Senior (Changing Adolescent Destructive Behavior) is a course for those with teens 13 through age 18. Mental Health, Social Work and Educational Professionals can obtain Continuing Education Units (as indicated) for the following trainings, seminars and workshops: Effective Strategies to Prevent Workplace Violence and Harassment: Harassment Training It is now a legal requirement (AB 1825) for all employers (with 50 employees or more) to train supervisors on sexual harassment every two years. This training helps employers avoid conflicts that result in litigation and can also help defend against lawsuits if they arise.
