"Opening Doors, Providing Opportunities"

The Hughson Family Resource Center is located in Hughson, and has a focus on improving the well-being of children, youth, families and communities in eastern Stanislaus County.

This is done through various programs, such as the Family Support Program, Parent Education Programs, Health Education & Outreach, School Readiness, Mental Health Services, and additional services provided by partner agencies.

The goal is to ensure that children in families in the area are provided access to a full range of programs and services. These no-cost programs and services are a result of the united efforts of many organizations and citizens who participate with the Hughson Community Collaborative. Staff at the Hughson Family Resource Center are provided from Sierra Vista Child & Family Services, Parent Resource Center, and Haven Women's Center.

The mission of the Hughson Family Resource Center is to provide and coordinate resources that enhance the well being of the community we serve.

Funding is provided by the Stanislaus County Children and Families Commission, Stanislaus County Community Services Agency, Stanislaus County Health Services Agency, and Kaiser Permanente.
